Day 15 – Last Day - Drive Home

Our drive home. Country road – going slow and steady. The view from the hills into the valley. The road was the not the best in places. On I5 heading towards the Grape Vine.

Day 14 – Playing in Yosemite

The drive back into the park. Driving under the rock again.One of the waterfalls in the park. Day 13 – Up Into Yosemite

A route through the parkGoing up a pass on 395. Now we are heading up Tiago Pass. Still going up the pass – still need to go through the pass (that is over my mirror.  Notice the line of cars that I have behind me. Still going up – Notice the 9000 foot sign – again I have more people behind me – even when I let a big group by. Finally at the top of Tiago Pass – 9345 feet – waiting for our turn to go into Yosemite Park.There are some climber on this mountain.Our first glimpse of Half Dome (from the East Side)Half Dome in the distant and Jesse standing on a rock.It took a little bit to get a parking spot at this location – but finally somebody was nice enough and made room for me (third RV going up). One of the tunnels we had to go through with the RV. Our trip back into the park with the Van after setting up camp.Had to go under this big rock.Our first good view of Yosemite Falls. After dinner we where waiting for a presentation and this deer wandered through.

Day 12 - Drive Out and In

Our Drive today. Our drive through the trees. One of many small towns. Climbing over a pass again. Entering Nevada (South Lake Tahoe). Finally climbed the pass – slow up and then slow going down. Back into California again.

Day 11 – Old Mountain Blew – Awhile Ago

Our drive down and through Mt. Lawson Our drive south near our last night camp. Heading for the entrance of Mt Lassen park.We attend a Bear presentation put on by a ranger.
