Day 13 – Up Into Yosemite

A route through the parkGoing up a pass on 395. Now we are heading up Tiago Pass. Still going up the pass – still need to go through the pass (that is over my mirror.  Notice the line of cars that I have behind me. Still going up – Notice the 9000 foot sign – again I have more people behind me – even when I let a big group by. Finally at the top of Tiago Pass – 9345 feet – waiting for our turn to go into Yosemite Park.There are some climber on this mountain.Our first glimpse of Half Dome (from the East Side)Half Dome in the distant and Jesse standing on a rock.It took a little bit to get a parking spot at this location – but finally somebody was nice enough and made room for me (third RV going up). One of the tunnels we had to go through with the RV. Our trip back into the park with the Van after setting up camp.Had to go under this big rock.Our first good view of Yosemite Falls. After dinner we where waiting for a presentation and this deer wandered through.

Day 10 – In the Tubes

The drive from Klamath Falls through Lave Beds. Opps – yep – the road is a little rough – but not bad – take it nice and slow.
